Septic for waste water*. *Each home will feature the added ability to recapture "Greywater" providing for up to 25 % non-potable recovery, for varieties of reuse.
Our Master Plan, for the initial Project, we named Legend Ranch. is a 40 Acre piece of land located just outside of Kingman, Arizona, USA., known as Golden Valley, Arizona.
The commercial infrastructure (RV Park, Leased Commercial and Residential Rentals) is designed to financially support the tenants and residents of this 55+ retirement community. The community will directly benefit from: (1) Nurses Clinic offering advanced nursing services at NO CHARGE to the residents. (2) Fully sponsored Social & Worship centers (3) Hospice Care FREE of Charge (4) FREE repairs and upgrades, as required, to meet current technologies and efficiencies for Solar, Sewer and Water (5) FREE Transportation Shuttle Service(s) to and from Kingman, Arizona, Bullhead City, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. (6) FREE Lunches, every day, for those that would like to participate.
The monies created from the Sale of the Shipping Container Construction Plans are dedicated to the funding and advancement of this Project.
