• Do I actually OWN the Plans?   Yes.

• Can I resell the Plans for Profit.  Yes, Two (2) Years from the Purchase date. No sooner. 

• What if I start selling the Plans sooner than two years after Purchase?  Please don't. The money we are raising through the Sale of our Building Plans is devoted to the development of a Residential Community for the Aging. We would appreciate enough time to generate the money needed for this philanthropic mission before people take away our chance to do so. When we find out anybody violated this Trust and we will; We sue for damages. Past experience has proven the minimum upfront outlay to defend this action is an easy $10,000, for each party, prior to seeing a Judge for adjudication. The Loser PAYS ALL expenses for the proceeding and the financial award. We will NEVER Lose. Your Purchase today should be used for what it is intended...Building Homes for yourself, fun or profit.  

• Do I get a Hard Copy Set of PRINTED PLANS?   No. Electronic Only, through your purchase today. If you need Hard Copy of the Building Plans simply have them printed at a local Office Supply Store or Order them online from the Plan Printer shown in this website. 

• The Building Department in my Town needs a "Clear Electronic Copy" of the entire set of Plans showing MY NAME on the Plan set.  Easily done. Have them send us a Request, via this Website, and we will fulfill that request, for a charge to you of $49. Once payment is received we will send your "personalized Plan Set(s)" to that Building Department via Email. 

• Can I review the  entire Set of Plans, for a day or two, prior to paying for their Use?  The short answer is No. If, through the course of reviewing all of the Information shared on this website you feel we have fallen short of  enough information for you to make an informed Purchase Decision...we would then encourage you to personally Contact and Hire a Local Architect and Mechanical Engineer. Nobody appreciates the comfort of "having your own Architect and Engineering team on staff as much as we do." As a matter of fact, we still do. These same professionals are continually active in reviewing, researching and seeking improvements to enhance our continuous efforts here and abroad.

• How do you know that these Plans will meet the Majority of Standardized Building Requirements for Residential Construction?   The lead Architect and Engineers employed in the Designed Blueprints we present here have assisted more than 150 other (Site Build) Clients, in the USA and abroad for Container Conversion consultations just like ours. We actually modeled our presentation, to compliment the most stringent of States, for Guidelines relating to Container Home Housing Conversions. The State of Florida.  WE are very Confident in our collective works to achieve and present what you are currently reviewing.  IF your Local Building Authority has an "issue" with these Plans please contact us  immediately. We will do our best to respond, on your behalf, to any reasonable request they might have.  

• How will I know if I have the latest version of the current Plans? We make it a point to NOTIFY YOU via Email of any significant improvements or research discoveries. 

• Are these Homes for "everybody" ?   Nope, but they work really well for one or two people.

• How do I know that I'm getting a Good Deal here?   Easy. Call a Local Architect and ask for a written Quote to do the same job, for a like size Shipping Container Conversion.  Go ahead...Call an Architect and ask. We'll still be here when you get the Quote.  

• How fast can someone do this Build Out?   From Permit Approval to Keys in Hand...Two competent Tradesman could easily complete one of these builds in less than 90 days. 

• Why does it take 2 to 3 working days to "GET ONLINE ACCESS" to the Set of Plans Ordered?   Because we process EVERY transaction "by hand". Yep, an actual Human follows through to insure your Satisfactory Electronic Receipt of the  Building Plan(s) Ordered plus the "Links" needed for ONLINE Access to the Plan Sets. 

• When do I get to "gain online access" to the Plan Set(s)?   An "Onboarding Form" will be sent to you just a few minutes after your placement of Funds, with PayPal, has posted. Once received, you simply fill-in the Blanks and send it to us. Shortly thereafter, we will email you a Complete Set of the Building Plan(s) and Material List(s) ordered. In addition, you will be assigned one or more online Links to the Plan(s) delivered. Your purchase date will be considered your first receipt of Access date. (Two full years of online access)

• Who do I Contact for Assistance, Password Recovery, etc.?   Easy. Just send us an Email. We'll get back to you soon after.

• What exactly do I have ONLINE ACCESS to?   (1) Current Plan Set(s) as shown   (2) Materials List for the Plan Set(s) Purchased   (3) Deck Plan(s) w/Materials List

• "I'm thinking about Building and Reselling these homes  for Profit. How much money can I make?"  You would know YOUR Hometown or target area Best, we're certain. Need a Professional to present you with Market Conditions? Call a Realtor or local Real Estate Appraiser. Most of them love talking about compact style-homes. Especially; great quality small homes like these. 

• What is the individual Cost per Building Plan Kit?    $250.      If you want BOTH Sets of Plans your Total Outlay will be    $500.      Via PayPal.    

• What is your REFUND Policy?   NO REFUNDS after Confirmed Electronic Delivery of the Plan(s) Ordered.
